Now to the crux of my story. Here, we shall follow the highs and lows of being a matriarch and a mother to so many cute babies. The adventures and struggled and finding love and dealing with morning sickness.
On a nice crisp Spring morning, Ashley arrived in Oasis Springs to start the first day of the next chapter of life. Oasis Springs is more a desert location, but it made Ashley feel like she was welcomed. To her enjoyment, she decided to settle into a nice two-bedroom home in the Parched Prospect area of Oasis Springs. Seemed like a nice and friendly neighborhood to feel at home. Ashley wasn’t sure what she was going to do with herself, but she knew a great new beginning was what she needed and she was about to begin a new adventure.
Ashley, being a young adult, decided to venture out on her own. With a strong creative personality trait, Ashley really enjoyed painting, with hopes of one day being a Painter Extraordinaire. Ashley's other traits include being romantic and family-oriented which made her fulfill more of the Family Aspiration and to, one day, be a Super Parent. Ashley dreamed of meeting a great guy to settle down and have a few kids with, and, as she raised her small family, she would paint and grow her skills into something magical. But like all good dreams, there is a beginning, and that beginning is Oasis Springs.
Shortly before moving to Oasis Springs, Ashley applied to Foxbury Institute. She had no idea what she would be going for or what she would be doing with her life, but this felt like a great way to start. Upon arriving at her new home, she received a letter with the best news she could have received: CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a Foxbury student. Her next step was to log into her student account, declare a major, and sign up for her first set of classes. With such excitement, Ashley pondered what she should major in; what would interest her the most? Of course!! - Art History, there are no questions about it. With the love of painting, this would only enrich her knowledge and empower the creative juices to one day be the Master Painter she always dreamed about. She logged into her account, declared herself an Art History major, and signed up for the first three classes of the semester. To Ashley’s amazement, with the current day being Monday, she would only need to wait two days, as the new adventure would begin bright and early Wednesday morning.
Now that the hard part had been completed, it was now time for the adventure to begin. She set up her easel outside her door in the small nook of the porch. Stepping in the front door showcases an open floor plan. A small desk with a computer sits to the right and a small couch and TV stand are on the left. There, features two doors, one that leads to a bedroom and the other to a small bathroom. Continuing past the couch is the kitchen/dining room area. To the right there is another door with a bigger bathroom, and at the very back of the house is another bedroom, this one twice the size of the bedroom at the front of the house. At first Ashley wasn’t sure what to do with this room, but pictures of little children running around and playing filled her head. Just made her warm and fuzzy just thinking of the day she would be called Mom!
With thoughts filling her head of what kind of classes she would take, what new friends she would make, and all the wonderful colors she would explore, she was completely lost in her painting and didn’t realize that someone was watching her. A handsome man was standing right in front of her watching her paint. He had the most amazing smile she had ever seen. She stared deeply into his eyes and finally heard “Hi, I’m your neighbor Johnny. Just saw that you moved in and wanted to introduce myself!” “Oh, hi my name is Ashley; it's very nice to meet you.”
Johnny was tall, handsome and blonde. As they sat and talked, Ashley wasn’t sure if he was her type but she enjoyed talking to him. Ashley learned that Johnny was an entertainer and enjoyed painting too. They talked for a little while and made plans to hang out the following night and have dinner. Ashley was thrilled to have made a new friend, she enjoyed Johnny’s company, but wasn’t sure if she was really ready for anything more at this time.
The night before her classes were to begin, Ashley had dinner plans with her neighbor Johnny. She was looking forward to making a new friend and getting to know the place that she will call home. Ashley just wanted to have a good time and make a new friend; school was the only thing on her mind, and she wants to be ready for anything more. Johnny showed up to her house and off they went. At the restaurant, Ashley and Johnny were having a great time; enjoying the food and learning new things about each other. They both discussed that they eventually wanted children, but that they both agreed it wasn’t the right time. At the end of the meal, Ashley invited Johnny over to continue hanging out and possibly watch a movie. Johnny was delighted to come over, he was having the best time.
While chatting and watching a movie on the couch, something came over both of them, they inched closer to each other until there was nothing left but to cozy up next to each other. One thing led to another and before you know it; both were in Ashley’s room and she was woohooing for the first time. The next day Ashley was on cloud nine, but not because she was in love but for experiencing something new. John was a great guy, but friendship was all she wanted. As her classes began, Ashley didn’t seem to be filling well but continued on the week like normal. Byt the weekend she knew something was going on and decided to take a pregnancy test. And to her amazement, she was Pregnant. Full of joy and worry, Ashley now had to figure out how to handle being a single mother and a student.
Johnny came over to hang out as usual, he was an awesome friend and the distraction from school work was always welcomed. On this particular day, Johnny knew something was causing Ashley to drift off from their conversation, so he decided to confront her. She explained everything to him and let him know that she was pregnant. Johnny knew that baby was his, and didn’t take time to decide; he was going to be there for her and their baby. A few days after Ashley finished her finals, she was off to the hospital to bring her bundle of joy into the world. To her shock, the doctors announced that she was having TWINS. Two precious boys were born that day, and Ashley had to decide what to name them. With the love of arts and Greek mythology, she decided to name them after the Greek Gods: Adonis and Apollo!
